In order to confirm the effect further, and explore its mechanism of action, we study on the four parts in following.In the first part, the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of TBG were investigated. We investigated the swelling frequency of rats with HAC, and the pain threshold of rats. Meanwhile, We investigated the swell degree of auricle and the abdominal capillary permeability in rats individually in the experiments of anti-inflammatory. It was found that TBG 24g/kg, 48g/kg could inhibit body tordiversion. It was also found the TBG of three different doses could increase the pain thresholds strikingly. TBG 24g/kg could lighten the swelling of auricle in rats caused by xylol.And TBG of three different doses could decrease the abdominal capillary permeability in rats. All mentioned above suggested that TBG is quite effective for anti-inflammatory and analgesia.In the second part, the effect of TBG on the hemorheology was investigated. The acute blood stasis models were made by given Adr and 4°C water after one week the rats were administered drugs. The effects on the hemorheology of the model were investigated. The results showed that the TBG of three different doses could antagonize the changes of haemorheological properties of model rats significantly. It was found that TBG 29 g/kg could decrease the model's index of erythrocyte rigidity. It was also found TBG 7.25g/kg, 14. 5g/kg could degrade the rats' index of erythrocyte aggregation. These indicated that TBG could activate blood circulation and eliminate blood stasis.In the thrid part, the effects of TBG on the metoblism of oxygen free radical was investigated.
