Endothelial dysfunction and inflammation play a important role in myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury(MIRI).A great deal of researches had revealed that by regulating the endothelial function and reducing the adhesion of leukocyte to vascular endothelial cells, myocardical ischemia/reperfusion injury could be improved.Danshenjin,a water-solube composition, was extracted and purified from the rhizome of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.. Better effects of fat-souble compositions on cardiac diseases had being proved by clinic and experiments.Recent investigations indicate that water-soluble compositions are also protective on heart. In our lab,we had found that coronary blood flow of isolated rabbit heart can be significantly increased by Danshenjin. In order to further study the antimyocardial ischemia/reperfusion effects of Danshenjin,we used acute myocardial ischemia models, myocardial ischemia and reperfusion model and hypoxia/reoxygenation model of HUVECs.In the first part of this thesis, the acute myocardial ischemia models of Pit induced and ligating LAD in dogs, MIRI model and acute blood stagnation model in rats were established to carry on our research. It was found that Danshenjin could reduce the changes of T waves in rat cardiogram, inhibit the...
