IntroductionThe carcinoma of endometrium is the common malignant neoplasm in female reproductive system, and the happening and development of endometrial carcinoma is a complicated progress in which many factors and processes are involved. The different mechanisms, such as the activation of oncogenes, the inactivation and mutation of tumor suppressor gene, antiapoptosis and so on are involved in . The c - erbB - 2 gene is the family member of the EGFR. As we know, It is important that the overexpression of c - erbB - 2 can result in the happening of tumor, antiapoptosis ,the movement of cells and growth of blood vessel. The k — ras belongs to the family of ras oncogenes, it can stimulate the growth and proliferation of cells and the happening of tumor. PTEN is the tumor supressor gene which has dual specificity phosphatase activity. It can lead to arresting in cell cycle and apoptosis, and inhibitting tumor invasion and metastasis by many ways. This article was aim to disuss the role of c - erbB — 2 ,k — ras and PTEN in the happening and development of endometrial cancer by studing their expressions in normal proliferative endometrium, endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial carcinoma.Materials1. Object of study: 41 specimens were selected from paraffin wax embodied specimens with full clinicopathological data, and were grouped by factors of clinic and pathology, which including 31 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 10 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia. And another 10 cases of normal prolifera-...
