With the development in biomedical engineering, the interest in biodegradable and bioresorbable for biomedical application as continuously increasing, it hopes that the biomaterials which implant in the body make efforts temporarily, and biodegradable or absorbable when the tissue and organ regenerate to work on body least. The polyurethane(PU) is widely used for biomedical applications due to its favorable biocompatibility, blood compatibility and excellent mechanical properties. The physical-chemistry properties of polyurethane can be tailored depending on the component and proportion of the soft and hard segment, so biodegradable polyurethanes attach importance to many scholars as a biodegradable polymer.In this paper, the block copolymer: polylactide- Poly(ethylene glycol) (PLA-PEG) with different component ratio of PLA and PEG, were synthesized. The structures of the PLA-PEG block copolymer were analyzed at the same time by FT-IR and ~1NMHR. A series of polyurethane, PU3030, PU3040, PU3050, PU2040 and PU1040, with different component ratio of PLA-PEG, 1,6-Hexamethylene diisocyanate ( HDI ) and 1, 4-butanediol (BDO) , were synthesized by solution polymerization.
