The Research Of The Interaction Of RGS4 And GR Domains

Non-genomic effects of Glucocorticoid perhaps are associated with its physiological and pharmacological effects,and GR ( Glucocorticoid Receptor,GR) plays a key role in some signal transduction of Non-genomic effects which is maybe regulated by the interactions of RGS4 and GR. In this research, we intend to establish the existence of the interaction of the RGS4 and GR and further clarify the interacting position within the two proteins.This research mainly consists of the following two parts: 1.to detect the interaction between RGS4 and GR domains by using two yeast hybrid system; 2.to further verify the interaction of RGS4 with different domains of GR by using GST pulldown.At first, we extracted total RNA from SD rat liver in which the gene expression is abundant.
