Objective: There are some abnormal antibodies (the most is IgG) in serum of the patients with autoimmune diseases, hematological and non-hematological diseases, which impact to the clinical manifestations and disease prognosis. As so far, the mechanisms in most of the diseases are not defined completely; and the therapeutic effects with immune suppressive drugs for these diseases are still not satisfactory. Plasma adsorption is one of the promising alternatives for this purpose, it can remove some abnormal factors in plasma selectively and spec fitly, which release some clinical symptoms in disease active phase and improve life quality of the patients. For the past few years, polymer microspheres have been applied to the fields of biology and medicine. In this study, we prepared a chitosan porous microsphere by liquid-liquid phase separation and precipitating techniques, cross-linked porous chitosan microsphere with glutaral, and loaded Cu2+ to the microsphere, which were used for IgG selective adsorption. Methods: Firstly, we tested structure and some characters of the Cu2+-loaded porous cross-linked chitosan microsphere, then we simultaneously detected the adsorption capabilities of non-Cu2+-loaded and Cu2+-loaded porous...
