Root canal therapy is a fundamental method of treating pulpal and periapical diseases nowadays. whether the root canal be sealed strictly or not is critical to a successful root canal therapy .The purpose of this study in vitro was to evaluate the effect of methods in curved canal preparation on the seal of root fillings.Part Ⅰ Effects of different preparation methods on the seal of root fillings in simulated resin curved root canalsObjective: The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the sealability of root fillings in simulated resin curved root canals prepared with three different endodontic instruments.Methods: Thirty-four simulated resin canals(curvature=40° ) were randomly divided into three equal test groups of 10, respectively prepared with stainless steal K files, Nickel-Titanium hand instruments and Nickel-Titanium rotary instruments,and two control groups of 2,one was negative control,the other was positive control .
