The precision-casting of dental frameworks is an important part of the metal machining of dentistry. All the while, since the diversity and the complexity of the cast, some errors often occur, such as shrinkage cavity, dispersed shrinkage, porosity defects, filling incompleteness and the surface coarseness. So the technics and the designing process require high level of the designer. Usually only the seasoned experts can do well. Sometimes only amending the design through the traditional "trial and error method" can get a regular cast, that is behind the times apparently. As early as in 1980s, many countries started to research the numerical simulation of the fill process of the liquid state metal.
