Objective: To study the content of serum calcium, magnesium, zine hemoglobins in Pregnant-induced hypertension women and their relation to PIH. Methods: The serum calcium, magnesium, zine hemoglobins were measured by Olympus Au 400 all automatic biochemistry analysor and COULTER.AC.T. driff .R all automatic brythocytometer .58 cases were PIH .70 cases were normal pregnancy. Results: The serum calcium decreased significently in PIH women to the control group (p<0.05), but the magnesium contents were much higher in PIH than normal pregnant women (p<0.05). The serum zine and hemoglobins were almost same (p >0.05). Conclusion: Serum calcium and magnesium are related to PIH .
