Clinical Research On Preventing DVT And Correlation Factors After Operation Of Lower Trauma Fracture With Danggui Sini Decoction

Objective: Deep Venous Thrombosis(DVT) is a complication after impairment or operation of the lower limbs. And it is also a common dead reason after trauma fracture of the lower limbs. The purpose of study is to observe the clinical effect of preventing DVT with Danggui Sini decoction and discuss the mechanism in order to supply suitable prophylactic method for clinical treatment. Method: All 67 patients were collected from orthopaedic department of the fourth affliated hospital of medical University in Xinjiang and were randomly divided into A , B and C group. Venous pump of lower limbs were used in A group. Danggui Sini decoction were used in B group. Low molecular heparin were used in C group. To observe the change of three groups patients in clinical symptom , sign and Color Doppler flow imaging and to compare the change of haemorheology ,CRP and D-dimer after treatment. At last to observe the difference of incidence with DVT in each group. Result: First, both A and B had difference in circuit length of the lower limbs after treatment (P<0.01), the patient of C group had no change(P > 0.05). To improve thigh swell in B groupe more than in A group(P<0.05). And to improve leg swell in B groupe more than in C group(P<0.05). Second, the group of A had no significant change of hemorrheology after treament, (P > 0.05).
