Objective To observe the change of gammadelta T cells amount . distribution and immune model in Pseudomonas aeruginosa Pneumonia, and explore their role in this disease. Methods 8 patients who were suffered from Pseudomonas aeruginosa Pneumonia and 8 healthy people ,were divided into two grops , grop A and grop B. Collect their peripheral blood and sputum of under air way , take count of all kinds of cells ;Detect the percentage gammadelta T cells of lymphocyte. the percent of interleukin-4 and interferon-gamma in lymphocyte and gammadelta T cells by flow cytometry. Results (1) Cells amount and classing In peripheral blood and sputum , the amount of whole cells in grop A is higher distinctly than that in grop B(P=0.01and P=0.00 respectively); The amount of polymorphonuclear neutrophils in grop A is higher than that in grop B(P=0.02 in peripheral blood and P=0.00 in sputum); The distinction of lymphocyte amount in grop A and in grop B is not distinct( P=0.18 in peripheral blood and P=0.26 in sputum); The percentage of polymorphonuclear neutrophils in whole cells in grop A is higher than that in grop B(P=0.03 in peripheral blood and P=0.01 in sputum); The percentage of lymphocyte in whole cells in grop A is lower than that in grop B( P=0.00 in peripheral blood and P=0.00 in sputum). There is no difference in two grops about other cells. (2) Results deteceted by flow cytometry①Comparing of lymphocyte When it is turn that the percentage of lymphocyte in whole cells ,it is lower in grop A than that in grop B(in peripheral blood ,P=0.01;in sputum, P=0.01);②Comparing of IL-4 and IFN-γin lymphocyte In peripheral blood, the percentage of IL-4+lymphocyte in whole lymphocyte in grop A is...
