| The diabetes heart disease( DHD) occurs on the base of the diabetes, complicated with the Myocardial, cardiovascular and heart autonomic nerve's pathological changes, including earlier period microangiopathy pathological changes and t autonomic nerve pathological changeses, the myocardial pathological changes and the advanced stage coronary artery disease appears on this foundation . Among many complications, the DHD is most hazardous, 70%~ 80% DM sufferer die because of the DHD.There is not a complete clarification about the mechanism by which Diabetic Cerebral Infarction occurred and developed. The DHD sufferer exist hyperhomocysteinemia, hyperhomocysteinemia is the independent dangerous factor of the DHD sufferer.The aim that we research is to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of gegen yin-2 , and speculate its effection on homocysteine of DHD. The study was designed as a randomized controlled trail. Sixty subject was enrolled. To investigate their clinical syndromes and detect the laboratory value of blood glucose, homocysteine, hemorrheology then to elucidate the clinical effect of Decoction of gegen yin-2 in interfering in homocysteine of DHD sufferers.Our investigation confirms that:1. After the observation, the homocysteine is obvious difference in curing group with statistical treatment, but there is no obvious difference in control group, it proves that the gegen yin-2 is effective in improving DHD sufferers' s homocysteine.2. After the treatment of 1 week and 2 weeks, hemorrheology value exists obvious difference between curing group and control group with statistical treatment, it proves that both groups are effective in improving hemorrheology value, but the effect of curing group is better than the control... |
