Objective: Recent studies show that lead (Pb) exposure in gestation period not only affects the health of pregnant women, but also harms to the end-results of pregnancy, however, how to prevent and cure the disservice of it has not been completely explained. Microelement selenium (Se), as a major component of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), can induce to excrete lead, and lessen the toxicity of lead by many ways of bioprocess. This experiment made animal model and analyzed uterus and ovary of the animal model in the morphology, at the same time, evaluated the effects of lead on the rats'endocrine secretion and antagonistic effects of selenium. The final objective is to show the effects of lead exposure on the pregnant woman's genital system and the feasibility of selenium against lead exposure in gestation period, and provide more scientific evidences for the prevention and cure of lead poisoning in pregnant period.Method:1 120 female, mature and health SD rats were divided into 12 groups randomly, ten rats every group.
