Peri-implantitis was the main factors, which caused the failure of implant, besides operation technique, restorative technique, biomechanics, patient's bone quality and oral hygiene. Inflammation of peri-implant tissues may be triggered by oral microorganism, whose adhesion to and colonization on prosthesis were the first factor led to disease, furthermore, adhesion and colonization of bacteria were influenced by different roughness of materials. In this experiment, four alloys often used clinically with two kinds of roughness were selected, which were adhended to titanium(Ti) plate respectively, and after adhesion to and colonization on specimen, distribution of four predominant subgingival bacteria was observed and flora quantity was measured. Objective: By measuring adhesion quantity of Porphyromanus gingivalis(Pg), Actinobacillus actinomycet-emcomitans (Aa), Prevotella intermedia (Pi) and Fusobacterium nuclertum (Fn), to analyze the effects of different roughness of crown alloy materials on the adhesion of predominant subgingival bacteria of peri-implant. The experimental basis was supplied for clinically selecting crown...
