The filamentous pathogenic fungi take charge of human body mycoses. Dermatophytosis is the typical fungal disease. Its clinic symptom is the prurigo, erythema, pimple, desquamative or blain between toes or sole. The dermatophytosis fungi are a sort of superficial fungi. Trichophyfon, Epidermophyfon and Microsporum are the regular pathogen. They can grow rapidly at 25-28 OC. In the South of China the dermatophytosis rate often reach 30%-50%, even 80%-100% in the population who wear unventilated shoes, like athletes, miners and soliers. Because of the infectivity, the dermatophytosis fungi can spread to skin and nail, so one third of the patients accompanied by the body ringworm, leg ringworm, or gray nails. The extract from the radish seeds shows great resistance to dermatophytosis fungi. The abrasive made from radish seeds is more effective than lixivium; and the abrasive extract from the seeds which are dipped one night is more effective than no-dipped. The extract restrains the tip-growth of the mycelium. Ectogenetic antifungi testing may be influenced by many instable conditions, such as medium, pH and inoculum density. They all work on the antifungi activity.Someone thought the proteins contains in the seed react in the antifungi process previously. But in this section there are some evidence proves that there are other important things play antifungal roles.
