The Clinical Study On Efficacy About Yangxuezhiyangtang Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria Hemopenia Type

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yang Xue Zhi Yang Tang (YXZYT) decoction in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Metheods: We divided 66 cases into two groups according to the different treatment method applied 34 cases in group A,treated by YXZYT;32 cases in group B,treated with mizolastin.Itch,the number and scale of rash, relapse rate and SSRI were used to monitor the disease activity.Results: In group A, the total effective rate was 91.8%. In group B,the total effective rate was 87.5%.There is no significant difference shown between two groups in the rates of effectiveness (P> 0.05).The significant difference about the value of VAS and the integral of symptoms was shown statistically before and after treatment in all groups (P<0.01) .In reduction of relapse rate, YXZYT and mizolastin have significant difference (P<0.05) .Conclusion : YXZYT and mizolastin are both effective treatments to chronic Hemopenia urticaria.At the same time, YXZYT is superior to mizolastin in the clinical efficacy.
