Objective1.To assess the effect of different dialysis in old uremia patients,2.To study perfect vascular access in HD patients.Methods1.Blood pressure, weight, blood biochemical idexs, survival rate, hospitalized rate and major complication were compared between 78 patients with hemodialysis (HD) and 63 patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD).2. To compare the Kt/v between use of silicone dual-lumen catheter with a Dacron cuff as a long-term vascular access for hemodiaysis patients and use of arteriovenous fistula as vascular for hemodialysis patients. To compare the rate of catheter Related Bacteria(CRB) in HD patients who use of silicone dual-lumen catheter with a Dacron cuff as a long-term vascular access and the peritonitis rate in CAPD patients.Result1.The survival rate had no significant difference between HD and CAPD in 5 years, there was more coronary heart diseases in HD,The poor nutrition status and the hospitalized rate in CAPD...
