Abstract: As one of the important, rapid, simple and accurate pharmaceutical analytical methods, the fluorescence analysis especially combining with flow injection technique was developing fast in recent years and playing an important role on pharmaceutical analysis for its high sensitivity and selectivity. Part of pharmaceutical moleculars could have strong fluorescence after being oxidized although they have no or weak native fluorescene characteristics. In this paper, we have developed two new methods with flow injection on-line oxidizing fluorometry to study on the concentration determination of Estazolam and Trifluoperazine Hydrochloride (TFP) , dissolution profile of Estazolam and Trifluoperazine Hydrochloride-protein binding. There are three chapters in this thesis.Chapter one: The Research of Fluorometry for Pharmaceutical Analysis and Its applicationIn this part, the fluorometry, as one of the rapid, simple and accurate pharmaceutical analysis methods, were summarized in detail according to the application to pharmaceutical analysis in recent years, and its future developments were prospected.Chapter two: Determination of Content and Dissolution of Estazolam by Flow injection Spectrofluorometry with a solid-phase reactor1. Flow injection fluorometry for the determination of Estazolam in pharmaceutical formulationsWe establish a new method to determine the content of Estazolam tablet by flow injection spectrofluorometry. Estazolam is oxidized on-line into a strongly fluorescent compound with a solid-phase reactor contained lead dioxide and the content of estazolam is determined with a fluorimetric detector in flow injection system. The calibration curve is linear over a range from 5×10-8 to 1×10-5 g mL-1 of estazolam with a correlation coefficient of 0.999. The detection limit is 1.0×10-8 g mL-1 and RSD is...
