A Study On The Orderly Expression Of TNF-α And IL-8 In Rabbit With Lung Injury Induced By Mechanical Ventilation

Background and purpose :The expression of TNF-α and IL-8 occurse in response to the acute lung injury induced by wounded acute lung injury induced by trauma combined with hemorrhagic shock.So far , there is not any research report on the regularity of the orderly gene expression of TNF-α and IL-8 in the lung injury induced by mechanical inventilation. For the purpose of providing the scientific basis for molecular mechanism of lung injury , we have studied the expression of TNF-α and IL-8 in rabbit With lung injury induced by mechanical ventilation.Methods:Healthy male New Zealand rabbits were divided into normal control sham operation control and injury groups. The rabbit of injury groups were subdivided into Oh, 0. 5h, 1h, 1. 5h, 3h, 6h, 12h, 18h, and 24h groups according to the time elapsed after injury.
