Combined injury specially refers to the injury caused by two or more than two kinds of wound agents with different property simultaneously or subsequently. Radiation damage combined with burn injury, i.e. radiation-burn injury is one of the important injuries produced by nuclear explosion and nuclear power plant accident. We have got lots of recognitions about fundamental pathology, physiology and population effect of radiation-burn injury. And we consider the principal contradictions of extreme severe bone marrow type and gastro-intestinal type radiation-burn injury lie in three aspects. They are respectively disequilibrium of homeostasis at early stage, loss of intestinal mechanical and immunizing barrier functions subsequently and restitution of haematogenesis in the late, and we think the former two are more important. Previously, aiming directly at the treatment of middle and severe bone marrow type radiation-burn injury, we took three respective measures to remedy it and each got an effective result The three measures are intraperitoneal injection with L203 an independent exploiting biological agent aiming at recovering haematogenesis, intragastric administration with chitosan encapsulated plasmid pVITRO3-HD5-GLP2 for restituting intestinal mechanical and immunizing barrier functions and blocking cervical sympathetic ganglion to regulate homeostasis. As far as the treatment of gastro-intestinal type radiation-burn injury, we think the key is to correct the unbalanced homeostasis and prevent occurrence of shock and the root is to restore intestinal double-fold barrier function. So we can gain more time for later treatment if we can correct the unbalanced homeostasis, decrease occurrence of early shock, improve repair of enteric epithelium and prevent enterogenic infection. For this reason, we tried to integrate above-mentioned three measures into one synthetic remedy program, and hoped to find better measure of gastro-intestinal type radiation-burn injury. In my research, we integrated L203,chitosan encapsulated plasmid pVITRO3-HD5-GLP2 and blockage of cervical sympathetic ganglion into a synthetic remedy program in the gastro-intestinal radiation-burn injury model in mice, and discussed...
