Objective To approach the improvement of CHD patients'Quality of life who have depressive symptoms after a psychological intervetion. To provide a reasonable and reliable psychological intervetion instrument to treat CHD patients and improve their quality of life.Objects and Methods Objects There are 102 CHD patients in hospital from Dalian No.2 hospital. Methods All patients are divided to groups by SCL-90 include depressive patients(68cases) and undepressive patients(34cases). Then divide depressive patients into invention group(35cases) and nunlli-invention group(33cases). On the base of conventional therapy, patients of intervention group have taked orally with Seroxat (20mg/QD) and Alprazolanic(0.2mg/QN, p.r.n). Clinical observation indexes include angina pectoris grade and ST segment of ECG. We have investigated undepressive patients with SCL-90, GQOLI-74 and investigated depressive patients with SCL-90, GQOLI-74, EPQ, DSQ, PSSS 2 days after hospitalization. We also have investigated depressive patients with SCL-90, GQOLI-74, PSSS at the end of 4 weeks of treatment. Statistic analysis used t test, Chi-Square, Wilcoxon signed rank test, and multiple Linear Regression.Results (1)There is no significant difference of general information and clinical manifestation between depressive group and undepressive group(P>0.05). The scores of eating fuction, mental tensity, negativity affection, positive affection, negativity affection, self-esteem, society support, interpersonal communication ability, physical function, psychological function , society function and Quality of life's total score of depreesive patients are lower than the scores of undepressive group(P<0.05).
