The Comparison Between NP And DP Regimen For Adanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective: To compare the efficacy, time of survival, time of tumor progression and toxicity between NP (Vinorelbine+Cisplatin) regimen and DP (docetaxel+Cisplatin) regimen in the treatment of advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer.Methods: We retrospectively study the patients with unresectable advance non-small lung cancer. Seventy-nine cases with NSCLC were enrolled Among them, 42 patients (29 males,13 females) were treated with NP regimen . There were 18 cases with squamous cell carcinoma, 20 cases with adenocarcinoma, 1 case with adenosquamous carcinoma, 1 case with alveolicarcinoma , 2 cases with large cell carcinoma . 36 cases were previously untreated, 6 cases were previously treated. 8 cases were stageâ…¢B,34 cases were stageâ…£. NVB (25mg/m2) was dissolved 200 ml NS, given on day 1, 8. DDP (35mg/m2) was dissolved 250 ml NS, given on day 1-3. 37 patients (23 males,13females) were treated with DP regimen . The patients in two groups were repeatedly treated every 3 weeks and evaluated the efficacy after 2 cycles.Ressults: :The patient in NP regimen had finished 157 cycles, each patient received 3.7 cycles averagely.
