Objective: 1.To study the value of 99mTc-MIBI and 18F-FDG dualisotope imaging in detection of viable myocardium;2.To predict the effect on functional recovery after revascularization by detecting the viable myocardium.Methods :Thirty patients(25 men,5 women) who had one complete coronary arterial occlusion at least and planned to be practiced revascularization were detected by 99mTc-MIBI and 18F-FDG dualisotope myocardial imaging before revascularization and 6 months after revascularization.In the condition of rest,the patients were injected 99mTc-MIBI and 18F-FDG,then had fat meal after 30 minutes.The images were collected after 1 hour.The segments of viable myocardium were assessed by the conditions of perfusion-metabolism.
