Application Of Doppler Ultrasonography In Detection Of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Associated Hepatic Ateriovenous Fistula

Objective: Hepatic arteriovenous fistula(HAVF) can caused by trauma, hepatic biopsy, bile duct radiology and transhepatic portal intubatton. Small intrahepatic HAVF can be found in the lesion of carcinoma and hepatocirrhosis. Accurate detection of HAVF was magnitude of the process to take appropriate treatment in clinical.The aim of this article is to evaluate Doppler ultrasonography diagnostic value on hepatic arteriovenous fistula (HAVF) and to study the ultrasonographic character of hepatic ateriovenous fistula (HAVF) in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, aimed to establish an ultrasonographic diagnositic standard, and to assess the ultrasonographic diagnostic evaluation in follow-up study.
