The bean isoflavone is the secondary metabolite which is formed during the growth of bean. It is the isoflavone composition of flavone, which has the polyphenol structure, belongs to the phytoestrogen. It has the similar structure together with animal estrogen and can bind with animal estrogen receptor (ER). When the estrogen level in vivo is low, the estrogen function acts, while the anti-estrogen function acts when the estrogen level in vivo is high . It has the equilibrium function of two-ways regulation. Objective: Study on the relationship between daidzein and cyclins, anti-oncogene in MCF-7(estrogen receptor positive) ,and investigate the molecular signal transduction pathway . Study on the effect of negative estrogen receptor cell treat with daidzein and estradiol (E2), thereby authenticate the possibility of them in the signal pathway which independent on estrogen receptor.
