Infertility occurs in 8% of all reproductive age couples. Approximately half of the cases are due to male factors. There are many factors resulted in male infertility. Majority is associated with sperm count, morphology and motlity. Men with oligospermia,asthenospermia, teratozoospermia and azoospermia hold 20-25% of the cases. The rapid growth of assisted reproduction techniques and intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) has contributed to a breakthrough treatment for male oligoasthenospermia including azoospermia.The present study was conducted to apply ICSI for clinic treatments on male infertility, idiopathic infertility and in vitro fertilization failure. 932 oocytes 111 cycles were treated by ICSI; normal fertilization occurred in 711 oocytes, fertilization rate was 76.3%; clinical pregnancies were achieved in 42 cases, clinical pregnancy rate was 37.8%.Results: 1.
