AIM: The pulmonary fibrosis is considered as the result made by excessive repairing and remolding of the lung. In this process, the multitudinous cytokines directly or indirectly stimulate proliferation of the fibroblasts via autocrine and paracrine, and promote the formation of the pulmonary fibrosis. But the majority of these cytokines come from the secretion of the macrophages and polymorphonuclear neutrophils which are infiltrating in the lung. It is well known, the predecessor of macrophages is monocytes in the blood, and the process which monocytes and PMN swim to the organization has to do with not only chemotaxis of chemotatic factor, but also the permeability of blood vessels. The continuous capillary which are widely distributed in the lung interstitium are the important structure to maintain the barrier function of blood vessels, and tight junction which is mainly controlled by complex of zonula occludens is the main connection way for lung capillary endothelial cells. As well as tight junction is the important factor of adjusting the exudation of the lipid and giant molecule protein. The experiment, through high resolution CT, microscope, the electron microscope, immunohischemistry, laser scanning confocal microscope and so on,...
