The proportion of explosive injury and burn injury was increased remarkably in modern war. Severe skin and soft tissue defect was induced. The wound surface was heavy bleeding, severely polluted and easily infected. Bleeding and infection are two major killers of war wound. Covering wound surface with dressing temporarily is the most effective method in treating war wound during early stage. So, wound dressing plays a very important role in war. To investigate better wound dressing, which can protect wounds, control bleeding, prevent infection, is very important in saving lives of wounded soldiers, and decreasing the incidence rate and degree of post wound deforming during war time. Nowadays, wound dressing equipped in our army is mainly traditional dressing. It can only protect wounds, lack of other functions such as stopping bleeding, anti-infecting, etc. It is very necessary to investigate new type multi-functional wound dressing which has stopping bleeding and anti-infecting function and is suitable for war in future.Objective To get efficient stop-bleeding is not only should be deal with in surgery, but also the key point of increasing survival rate in treating war wounds.
