| Background and Objective: Short tandem repeats (STR) which are discorvered recently are DNA sequence with length polymorphism in human genome, the core sequence which is consisted of 2~6 base pair is lined up repeatedly in length .STR loci have extensive distribution, higher information, polymorphism, heterozygosis, lower mutation rate, convenient, shortcut detection and their heredities are based on Mondel condominant inheritance ,therefore ,they have become the ideal DNA genetic marker after RFLP at present for gene mapping, linkage analysis, gene diagnosis and prenatal diagnosis, genetics, anthropology as well as individual identification and paternity test of forensic medicine, organic transplantation. STR loci have great difference for race and region. Henan province locates in central area of China and has large Han population, so the genetic character of Hanan Han population is good representative in Han population of China.The technique of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation develops at full speed and it becomes one of main means to cure some diseases as malignant hematopathy , hereditary disease et al after 1990's. With the range of HSCT application expanding, the effect of transplantation should thought highly. So, the detection post transplantation should become one important part in HSCT.
