Background and ObjectiveProgressive stroke accounts for 26%-43% of acute cerebral infarction (the infarction in internal carotid artery system is 28% and that in vertebral and basilar artery system is 54%). The disability rate and mortality are very higher than that of other stroke, but there have no perfect therapy guidelines or random control tests evidences. In this study we will explore the efficacy and security about the low-molecular weight heparin (LMWH) combined with Sodium ozagrel (SO) in progressive stroke. And then we will observe the role of LMWH combined with SO on hemoglutinin index. At last we will explore the effects of this combined way compared with the method used LMWH or SO independently.Materials and Methods(1) Common materials: 214 cases were selected in this group and the male were 132 and Female were 82, respectively.
