Objective and backgroundCoronary artery bypass grafting is one of the most effective therapy way of the coronary artery disease at present. The main source of vessel grafting is internal mammary artery(IMA), right gastroomental artery, radical artery, saphenous vein graft(SVG) and so on, because all arterial bridges especially IMA hardly generate scleratheroma, they have generally been adopted and chiefly considered to apply by many surgeons. But SV is still main sources of vessel grafting due to easily harvesting, sufficient caliber and enough length. According to some reports, in first year after operation, the restenosis rate of SVG is 20%, furthermore increasing by degree with 2% to 4% per year , so in the 10th year the patency rate of SVG is almost 40% to 50%.This restenosis of SVG can occur whether in earlier period or in late period, but this is due to thromb obstruction in earlier period; while due to internal hyperplasy and scleratheroma in late period. The critical factor of the venous restenosis is the trauma and ablation of venous endothelial cell , which is resulted from many factors in CABG such as: the unfit harvest tech in the preparation of SVG, distention with high pressure, the vascular endothelial cell (VEC) trauma storing in unphysiology conditions in vitro, postoperative ischemical reperfusion injury and strong shear stress...
