Objective: Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) have been widely managing cardiovascular disease and cerebrovascular disease, example for hypertension, coronary arterial disease, congestive heart failure and cerebral apoplexy. However, there is substantial variability in individual responses to these agents. Patients who treated with the same agents and dosage of antihypertensive drugs have been obtained different antihypertensive effective, some are excellently, but others are poorly. To steer antihypertensive drugs therapy decision is not only to consider the subject range of antihypertensive drugs, but the genetic polymorphisms of individual patients will be more considered. Company with development of mankind genomics research and complete of the human genomics chart, the research of relationship between genetic variation of functional gene and individual medicine reaction has rapidly developing.
