Objectives - The main objective is to study the outcome of IUI for infertile patient with polycystic ovarian syndrome. The specific objective is to determine pregnancy rate and to find out which ART procedure after repeated failed IUI.PCOS is one of the most common endocrine disorder of reproductive age group women. As anovulation is the leading cause of infertility, if induction of ovulation is done successfully then pregnancy can be achieved but abnormal oocyte maturation, poor oocyte quality and endometrial quality in patients of PCOS leads to reproductive failure. We believe that COH with IUI is highly effective means of fertility treatment in PCOS patients without any intervention. Very few documented studies are found regarding the outcome of IUI in infertile patients of PCOS. So, this study was carried out to determine the outcome and to see how effective is the intrauterine insemination in treating infertility in patient with polycystic ovarian syndrome. It will also provide the option for repeated failed IUI.
