Objective: (l)To investigate specific autoantibodies against platelet glycoproteins (GPs), platelet-associated IgG (PAIgG) and reticulated platelet (RP) in the patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) . (2)To analyze lymphocyte subpopulations in ITP . (3) To study the alternate on plasma soluble CD40 ligand (sCD40L) in ITP patients .The relation between the level of plasma and platelet counts in ITP patients was also analyzed. Methods: (1) Autoantibodies against GP IIb/III a, GP I b and P-selectin were measured by using the monoclonal antibody immobilization of platelet antigen (MAIPA). (2)PAIgG, reticulated platelets and lymphocyte subpopulations were measured by using flowcytometry (FCM). (3) The plasma level of sCD40L was examined by ELISA method. Results: (1)The positive rate of MAIPA in ITP was 63.3% but not detected in non-immune thrombocytopenia; PAIgG was 73.3% and 45%; reticulated platelet was 80% and 25% . (2)CD3~+, CD4~+ and CD4~+/CD8~+ decreased in ITP(p<0.05); CD8~+ and CD19~+ increased...
