Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the most common neoplasms. The incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma ranks sixth globly and third in China among malignant tumors. Hepatocellular carcinoma can accur at any age, especially from 40 to 49. Ratio of male to female is 2 ~ 5: 1. According to the estimate made by the IARC, the total number of hepatocellular carcinoma patients reached 0.564 million in 2000 and 55% found in China, i.e. 0.306 millions patients were in China. The death toll of hepatocellular carcinoma worldwide is 0.3 millions. The number of patients has been growing year after year. In 2005, the total number of hepatocellular carcinoma patients in China reached 0.345 millions. According to the biology study, a series of genes (oncogenes and tumor supressor genes) are involved in the development of tumor. The development of tumor is a complex process which has several stages. So it is very useful to study the moleculars involved in the tumor development which is significant for understanding the mechanism of tumor. Recent years, many techniques of isolation differentially expressed genes...
