Objective : To investigate the detected values of body surface beat to beat His Bundle Electrocardiogram ( SHBE) and to study the consistency of each parameters between the SHBE and HBE in order to determine the reliability of SHBE.Methods: SHBE was obtained from 615 cases with normal electrocardiogram(ECG), and the following parameters were measured: Atria-His interval ( AH ) ,His bundle width(H) and His-Ventricular interval(HV). 30 patients who must accept RFCA because of the serious arrhythmic were examined by the SHBE and HBE respectively, then the data of measurement were statistically analyzed with SPSS 10.0. Results: (l).The detected value of AH, H and HV were 63.81ms ± 12. 02ms(x±s ), 28.97ms + 2.94ms( x±s ) and 60.19ms ± 6.05ms( x±s ) respectively. (2). AH and HV increased when the age increased(P<0.05), while there was no relationship between age and H(P>0.05). (3). AH, H and HV decreased when heart rate increased. (4). There were stable waves and high detection rate which is about 100 percent in the SHBE. (5).To compare the SHBE and the HBE, there is good concordance in AH and HV interval, but the H width in SHBE is longer than H width in HBE. (6).There is no difference between genders in AH, H and HV of SHBE.Conclusion: For recording the His potential on body surface, the new technique of SHBE is convenience, non-wounded and can be used repeatedly.
