The Protective Effects Of Flos Lonicerae Compound Preparation On Acute Myocardial Ischemia

Objective: To investigate the protective effects of Flos Lonicerae compound preparation (FLCP) on acute myocardial ischemia.Methods: The model of mice with myocardial anoxic was made by closing trachea in order to observe the disappeared time of ECG of mice in each group. The model of mice with acute myocardial ischemia was made by subcutaneous injection of Iso in order to observe the survival time in normobaric hypoxia and changes of MWC and MI of mice in each group. The model of rats with acute myocardial ischemia was made by sublingual vein injection of Pit in order to observe the changes of ECG lead II and relevant indexes of biochemistry. Results: FLCP treatment significantly prolonged the disappeared time of ECG in trachea-closed mice and the survival time of mice with acute myocardial ischemia induced by Iso in normobaric hypoxia. It also significantly inhibited the MWC and MI of mice with acute myocardial ischemia induced by Iso. FLCP significantly opposed the changes of ECG lead II in acute myocardial ischemia rats induced by Pit. However, it significantly decreased the LDH activity of serum.
