[Objectiv]:The present study was designed to eveluate the changes of immunological function by using recombinant human growth hormone( r-hGH) on children with growth hormone deficiency(GHD) and idiopathic short stature(ISS),so that to explore the r-hGH's application prospect as an immunoenhancement medicine.[Method]:T lymphocyte subset(CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+ /CD8+) and immunoglobulin were measured before and after r-hGH treatment to eveluate the changes of immunological function in 32 GHD children and 15 ISS children(experimental group1,2),compared with 26 normal children(control group).then made the statistics analysis after clinical observation with SPSS10.0 software.[Result]: 1. There were significant difference in the percent of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ before and after treatment in GHD children (P<0.01, t=3.59,2.90,2.61,3.57),and the percent and ratio also have distinct difference before treatment in experimental group and control group(P<0.05 , t=2.93,3.38,2.08,3.43).2. There were no difference in the percent of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and the ratio...
