The Study Of Non-Motor Symptoms In Parkinson's Disease And Assessment Of Clinical Instrument

ObjectiveParkinson's Disease (PD) is most often considered as a disorder of movement. The non-motor symptoms(NMS) in PD may be of equal or greater significance in some patients . These NMS include cognitive , psychiatric , autonomic, sleep , and sensory disorders .The overall occurrence of these NMS is not easily determined given limitations in making the diagnosis . However , as the disease progress , the presence of one or more of NMS become more likely and physicans should be aware of the need to assess and threat these NMS . This research will introduce a clinical questionnaire and scale that aims to assess the NMS in PD in a unified and integrated manner ,discuss the etiology and mechanism of these NMS in PD . Methods1. 90 PD patients were recruited in this study.. And these patients were from Qilu Hospital. The diagnosis of PD referred to the UK PD Brain Bank criteria. Individuals with atypical parkinsonism were excluded. The patients of the comparison group included 90 patients with cerebrovascular disease,90 with heart disease and 90 with type two diabetes.
