PART I EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT CRYOPROTECTIVE MEDIUMS AND METHODS ON TESTICLE TISSUEObjective: To compare the effects of different cryoprotective mediums and methods on testicle tissue.Methods: Healthy testicle organization is divided into five group. Group I is a control group, group II: glycerin as cryoprotective mediums and freezed with Liquid nitrogen vapour freezing method; Group III: glycerin as cryoprotective mediums and freezed with Procedure freezing method ; group IV : dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) as cryoprotective mediums and freezed with Liquid nitrogen vapour freezing method; group V : dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) as cryoprotective mediums and freezed with Procedure freezing method. After thawing, with electron microscopy and common pathology slice observation, effects of two cryoprotective mediums and method were analyzed.Results: There were no significant changes in the the contorted seminiferous tubule under microscope, motile sperms were found in every groups, As showed by pathology, the damage of group II was the highest, group V was the lowest.
