ObjectivesThe aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the antimyosin antibody(AMA) and abnormalities of the left ventricular structure detected in simple obesity, and the protection of Fluvastatin to the heart of simple obesity rats.MethodsEstablished the obesity model induced by high fat feed, 38 SD male rats were selected and randomized to two groups:normal control group(eight rats) and obesity model group(thirty rats), these rats were given common roughage and high fat feed respectively in 8 weeks. Obesity rats was then divided into three groups after the modle of obesity was established ,including :1.Obesity control group:continued high fat feet after the modle of obesity was established;2.Control diet group:changed common roughage for high fat feet after the modle of obesity was established;3.Control diet adding Fluvastatin group: changed common roughage for high fat feet and administrated Fluvastatin (6mg / kg · d) intragastrically by the gavage after the modle of obesity was established. Every group have eight rats and was interventioned eight weeks. The rats's weight height and lee's index were measured.Blood lipids were tested with automatic...
