Objective Hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage ,whose mortality rate is high, is familiar illness of middleaged and senile man. How to cure it is very important, however, the efficiency is poor with medical therapy. surgical therapy face serious wound also. Therefore,we try to compare the efect of diferent therapeutic methods of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage—low-frequency ultrasound united with micro- invasive surgical therapy and micro-invasive surgical therapy only. The objective is to observe efficiency and safety of low-frequency ultrasound united with micro-invasive surgical therapy. Methods The 64 inpatients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage (volume of intra-cerebral hematoma ≥20 millilitre )are divided randomly into two groups. The 32 patients in treated group are treated with low-frequency ultrasound united with micro-invasive surgical therapy, and the 30 patients in control group are treated micro-invasive surgical therapy only. The two groups are treated with YL-1 puncture needle for intracranial hematoma fragmentation and washing liquid for hematoma. Simultaneously the treated group are treated with low-frequency ultrasound which is 2.0MHz ,1.0 W / cm~2, 20min once, and once daily for ten days.Result [1]Europe Stroke Scale ( ESS) : ESS is (38.67±7.52) after ten days and...
