Background and purpose:It is very important to study the mechanism andthe physiopathologic variety of cranial hemorrhage and the effect to low-frequency ultrasound.The methods of cranial hemorrhage treatment commonly have medicine and surgical.Although there was low-frequency ultrasound treating hemorrhage in animal model,they are very different from hemorrhage of mankind.The curative method that medicine and surgical in earlier period is major in our country. The weakness is bad efficacy.It is a new technique that the ultrasound in 90' s20th.It is an important advancing international rearch in the biomedical realm at present. Compared to medicine and surgical.the ultrasound is applicable to more disease and cannot cause some fatal complication.The experiment is based pn the clinic experiment. The aim is study the efficacy and safety of low-frequency ultrasound in acute cranial hemorrhage patients, and observing variety of ESS and ADL in the patients.and looking for the mechanism ,and looking for the influence of the ultrasound irradiance to the body.and looking for the most suitable frequency and strengths for the ultrasound treating cranial hemorrhage.Method:98acute cranial hemorrhage patients, age37-75year,hemorrhage time within 24hour, were randomly divided into therapeutic group and contrary group.The therapeutic group was given 2MHz TCCD radiating 15minute in every two days within the first week when they enter hospital.The contrary group was not given 2MHz TCCD radiating.Two group were given commonly medicine. The department of skull of the therapeutic group is continuously radiated by a wave of 2MHz, 1.5W/cm2 for 15 minute every time. And monitor difference of ESS and ADL in the patients by ESS and Barthel scale before treatment and after treatment.Result: 1.Manifestation of ESS score: Mean ESS score of therapeutic group is 69.68±15.27 in the 7th day after treatment. Mean ESS score of contrary group is 59.93± 18.54 in the 7th day after treatment.there was difference in statistics (p<0.05); Mean ESS score of therapeutic group is 86.19±11.09. in the 28th day after treatment. Mean ESS score of contrary group is 71.70±17.22 in the 28th day after treatment,there was obvious difference in statistics (p<0.01).
