objective: To study the effects of anisodamine on iNOS and ICMA-1 mRNA Expression in Lung and Intestine of Rats following Traumatic/Hemorrhagic Shock and Resuscitation. methods: With the rat models of traumatic/hemorrhagic shock established, we randomly divided rats into three groups: normal control group(SHAM group), traumatic/hemorrhagic shock with resuscitation group (RESUS1 group)and corporation resuscitation with 654-2 -treated group(RESUS2 group) . In every group we kill rats at 24h after model established and picked the left lung-lobes and intestines tissues out , make a label in each specimen and reserved it in a low temperature (-70OC) icebox or dip in 10% formalin. Take the lung tissues out of 10% formalin, following three stages with embed,slice up and HE coloration. Two pathologist observe and calculate it for tissues damnification condition.
