Objective: (1) Discuss the relationship between defluvium of podocytes in nephritises and pathological diagnosis. (2) Investigate the change of expression levels of natrium ion-hydrogen ion exchange regulation factorâ…¡(NHERF2) in nephridial tissue of patients suffered from the six nephritises and the relationship between the expression levels of NHERF2 and the defluvium of podocytes.Method: (1) Primarily nephritises group which 6 cases of focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), 6 cases of non-IgA mesangial proliferative glomerulone- phritis (MSGN), 6 cases of IgA nephropathy, 6 cases of membranous nephropathy (MS) and 6 cases of minimal change nephropathy (MCD) were selected from hospital patients in our division, with all cases being diagnosed through renal biopsy and pathological diagnosis from Aug.2004 to Sept.2005. (2) 8 cases of active phase Lupus nephritis group which included membranous nephropathy, focal segmental glomerulosclerosis and mesangial proliferative glomerulone- phritis were selected from hospital patients in our division, with all cases being diagnosed systemic lupus erythematosus, Lupus nephritis (LN) through renal biopsy and pathological diagnosis from Aug.2004 to Sept.2005. (3) No-nephritises group were 10 patients (3 cases of kidney external injury, 2 cases of tuberculosis of kidney and 5 cases of kidney tumor) which all received mononephrectomy operations from Aug.2004 to Sept.2005 at urinary surgery of our hospital.
