Objective: To establish a stable conditioned place preference (CPP) model induced by morphine in mice. To investigate the effect of the active site of Salvia Miltiorrhiza(SmAs)on the established model, in order to supply the experimental foundations for researching and developing new, multi-target, low-toxicity drugs made of Chinese traditional medicine and applying to the clinical treatment for morphine addiction. To set up identification of SmAs by chromatography preliminary, in the sake of confirming the effective ingredient of Salvia Miltiorrhiza to antagonize morphine psychic dependence and realizing the first step quality control for the standardization of Salvia Miltiorrhiza as a potential detoxification drug. To discuss the relationship between antagonism of Salvia Miltiorrhiza on morphine psychic dependence and nitric oxide(NO) /nitric oxide synthase(NOS) level of blood serum and some potential related morphine-dependent brain region, in order to clarify the possible mechanism of antagonism of Salvia Miltiorrhiza on morphine psychic dependence and provide the theoretical bases on clinical appliance of Salvia Miltiorrhiza. Methods: (1)Established a CPP model induced by morphine in mice,then...
