Application Of The Method Of YiQiYangYinKaiQiao For Protecting The Optic Never On Glaucoma During Middle And Later Term

Objective: To observe the effect of the method of YiQiYangyinkaiqiao for protecting optic never on glaucoma during middle and later term. Methods:twenty cases(38 eyes) were selected, The changes of visual acuity, intraocular pressure, visual field, CP-VEP before and after treatment were observed. Moreover, the clinical therapeutic effect was observed by means of case-control study. Results: The visual acuity and visual sensitivity were significantly improved as compared with pretreatment (P<0.01). The CP-VEP of clinical therapeutic after was almost similar to that before(P>0.05). Conclusion: 1. The therapeutic effect of YiQiYangyinkaiqiao in treatment of the patients with glaucoma during middle and later term is identified. 2. The method of YiQiYangyinkaiqiao could ameliorate microcirculation and eliminate the oxygen free radicals. Therefore it could protect the optic never.
