Objective: By the myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury model on isolated rat heart, to study the cardioprotective effects and its possible reasons of Nicorandil postconditioning in order to provide experiment foundation for clinical therapy of ischemic heart disease and myocardial preservation of extracorporeal circulation.Methods: SD rat was sacrificed and heart was mounted on a Langendorff apparatus and retrogradely perfused with K-H solution, an isolated myocardial whole ischemic/reperfusion rat model was established. All hearts were randomly divided into 6 groups. ischemic/reperfusion group(group IR):the hearts are delt with 40min of global ischemia and 60min of reperfusion;ischemic postconditioning group (group IPOC): the hearts were delt as group IR , but during the reperfusion period the hearts were treated with postcondtioning,they were induced with repeated 10s of reperfusion and 10s of ischemia for 6 times and followed by 58min of reperfusion;Nicorandil postconditioning group(group NPOC): the hearts were delt as group IR, but during the reperfusion period the hearts were...
