Objectives :To study the expression of VEGF and PEDF in the diabetic chorioretinopathy ,approach the rough time when the diabetic chorioretinopathy appeared and it's characteristic as well as significance.Methords: Select healthy male wistar rats, which were randomly divided into diabetic group and normal control group and were injected with large-dose STZ by intraperitoneal injection to induce the diabetic rat model. After model was succeeded, the diabetic rats were randomly divided into two-week,one-month,two-month,three-month,five-month group on average . Sacrifice the rats and fix their eyeballs. Chorioretina sections were stained by hemotoxylin and dosin(HE)and chorioretina tissue structure was observed by the light microscope; ultramicrostructure was observed by transmission electron microscope(TEM);the expression of VEGF and PEDF in the diabetic chorioretinopathy was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results:1,The chorioretina changes showed by HE stained in the...
