ObjectiveE. granulosus BALB/c model had been made. The Eg95 coding gene was amplified by RT-PCR, and then cloned into E.coli-Mycobacteriashuttle plasmid pBCG to get pBCG-Eg95, the recombinant plasmid was introduced into BCG by electroporation to get recombinant BCG Vaccine and inquired the expression efficiency of Eg95 in BCG. After BALB/c mice immunized with rBCG-Eg95 vaccine, the level of change about serum IgE,IgG and its subclasses, CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocyte subsets, IL-2,IL-4,IFN-γand TNF-αof spleen cells were dynamically observed. After BALB/c mice immunized with rBCG-Eg95 vaccine by different routine and against challenge with protoscoleces of Eg , detected the level of serum IgE,IgG and its subclasses, inspected the quantity of CD4+ and CD8+ subsets of T lymphocyte, measured the level of IL-2,IL-4,IFN-γand TNF-α, surveyed the apotosis of spleen cells.MethodsE. granulosus BALB/c model had been made by the way of injecting intraperitoneally protoscoleces of Eg.
